Corporate Gathering // Dubai Desert Conservation

At LePlot Studio, we were entrusted with designing and managing MHP’s Corporate Gathering at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. What made this project unique was the challenge of creating a full-scale corporate experience in the middle of the desert — where every detail, from guest seating to lighting, had to be both functional and elegant in an open-air setting. We designed a layout that balanced cultural authenticity with modern corporate standards, including custom décor, desert-inspired centerpieces, and seamless transitions from day to night programming.

What we are most proud of is how the event came together as a complete experience. Guests were welcomed with traditional touches like fresh dates and refreshing drinks, enjoyed live drumming, fire performances, and music from a professional DJ, all under carefully planned lighting that transformed the desert into a glowing evening venue. The setup not only reflected MHP’s corporate identity but also created an atmosphere of connection and celebration. For us, the success was in turning a remote natural landscape into a refined, memorable corporate gathering that left a lasting impression.
